Caspar Franke

Caspar Franke advises on property law.

One focus of his work is providing legal advice and support to property owners, property managers, project developers and investors in the context of property transactions as well as project and urban district developments. He has extensive experience in this area from numerous transactions involving commercial real estate (offices, logistics, shopping centres, hotels, etc.) and residential real estate, including the associated corporate and financing law issues.

He also specialises in asset management. Here he advises both landlords and tenants on the negotiation and conclusion of rental/lease agreements and addenda in all asset classes, including the enforcement of claims in and out of court.
