(3) The services for hosting and displaying the website are partly provided by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. (4) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accruing in this context, if the inquiry is assigned to a contract, after the time limits for the term of the contract, otherwise after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are legal obligations to retain data.

3. Processing of personal data when visiting our website

When using the website for informational purposes, i.e. merely viewing it without registering and without you providing us with any other information, we process the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The data described below is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security and must therefore be processed by us. 4. Use of cookies and other technologies for web analysis and advertising purposes.

Insofar as you have given your consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a DSGVO, we use the following cookies and other third-party technologies on our website. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your terminal device. After the end of the purpose and the end of the use of the respective technology by us, the data collected in this context will be deleted. Use of Google services for web analysis and advertising purposes

We use the technologies of Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), as described below. The information automatically collected by Google technologies about your use of our website is usually transmitted to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and stored there. For the USA, there is no adequacy decision of the European Commission. Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. If your IP address is collected via Google technologies, it is shortened by activating IP anonymization before being stored on Google's servers. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server and shortened there. Unless otherwise stated for the individual technologies, data processing is based on an agreement concluded for the respective technology between jointly responsible parties in accordance with Art. 26 DS-GVO. Further information about data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy.

Google Analytics

For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. As a matter of principle, your IP address will not be merged with other data from Google. Data processing is carried out on the basis of an order processing agreement by Google.

5. Calendly

To arrange appointments, we use the online booking system Calendly of the service provider Calendly Inc, 115E. Main St., Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA ("Calendly").

The following data is processed: First and last name, e-mail address, time of appointment and comments you provide in preparation for the appointment.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 a) and b) GDPR.

Calendly also processes your data in the USA. Calendly is certified in accordance with the provisions of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework(https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list). This ensures that this data processing complies with the provisions of the GDPR. In addition, Calendly uses standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission to ensure that data processing complies with European data protection standards.

The data for making appointments will be deleted when the appointment has taken place or has otherwise been completed, unless the data may be lawfully used for other data processing (e.g. name when a mandate is granted, etc.).
