Two years after its founding, the law firm SKALING has a new website that reflects the firm's evolution in professionalism, look-and-feel, and usability. The new homepage comes with fresh colors, a clear menu and a user-friendly interface that combines good readability even for mobile devices with a modern, bright overall look in the corporate colors. By using the entire screen width, pleasant surfing on the site is guaranteed.  

In the second year after its foundation, SKALING was listed in "Germany's Best Lawyers 2022" in no less than four categories and with four partners in the current ranking of Best Lawyers for Handelsblatt.

As a result of the Corona crisis, the legislator has suspended the obligation to file for insolvency under Section 15a InsO from 1 March 2020 until 30 September 2020 for insolvent and overindebted companies - but this only applies if there was no reason for insolvency before the start of the Corona crisis.

The starting team of SKALING consists of Caspar von Schönfels and Christoph Schaper, who are based in Hamburg, and the Berlin lawyers Dr. Christian Schultze, Tino Ludden and Constantin von Schöning. In October, Dr. Michael Lampert becomes the sixth partner of the new firm.
