Tino Ludden
Tino Ludden advises on all aspects of digital business law.
In particular, he provides legal support to companies, startups and creative professionals in developing and offering digital business models. The law of e-commerce (incl. general terms and conditions, contract law), data protection law, as well as trademark, copyright and competition law form the core of Tino Ludden's tailor-made legal advice and specialisation. His particular expertise in data protection law enables companies to meet the increased requirements in this area.
Another focus of Tino's practice is the comprehensive advice and representation of both employers and employees with regard to all questions of employment law.
In addition, he regularly handles the enforcement and defence of civil law claims in the context of extrajudicial and judicial disputes.
Tino has specific knowledge with regard to the media sector as well as the New Economy.
He teaches at the Digital Business University of Applied Science (DBU) in Berlin.
