Tino Ludden
Tino Ludden advises companies in particular on the legal development, establishment and protection of business models of all kinds. The law of contract design, e-commerce, data protection law as well as trademark, copyright and competition law represent the intersection of Tino Ludden's tailor-made legal advice and specialisation. His particular expertise in data protection law enables companies to meet the increased requirements in this area.
Another focus of Tino's practice is the comprehensive advice and representation of both employers and employees with regard to all questions of employment law.
In addition, he regularly handles the enforcement and defence of civil law claims in the context of extrajudicial and judicial disputes.
