Johann Christoph Schaper, LL.M. (London)

Christoph Schaper advises companies, property managers, family-owned companies, and owners on all matters relating to residential and commercial tenancy law and residential property law.

Furthermore he advises German and international clients on all aspects of conflict resolution, in particular in corporate disputes such as shareholder disputes, directors' and officers' liability proceedings and post-M&A proceedings, as well as in commercial disputes. He has considerable experience in defending investor lawsuits and in the handling and defending liability actions and claw-back claims under insolvency law.  

He has extensive expertise and experience in strategic organization and litigation in mass proceedings involving a large number of individual proceedings.    

In addition, Christoph advises companies on all questions of national and international commercial law, companies in crisis and employment law. 

Christoph is certified specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law and has completed the specialist lawyer course in commercial and corporate law. Before founding Skaling Partners mbB, he worked in the Litigation Department of Latham & Watkins LLP for more than nine years.
