Ines Saad

Ines Saad advises and represents clients in all matters of extrajudicial and procedural enforcement of claims in the entire field of civil law.

In addition to assisting clients in complex litigation before state courts, she has special knowledge and experience in mass civil and banking litigation with a large number of individual proceedings.

Ines Saad also advises clients on all aspects of cross-border contract drafting with a particular focus on North Africa and the Middle East. She offers her legal advice in German, English and also Arabic.

Prior to joining SKALING Partners, Ines Saad worked as a legal advisor at a chamber of commerce and industry and subsequently as a lawyer in banking and capital markets law at a German commercial law firm.
